What’s Your Favorite Thing About Working from Home?
I’m a homebody and love being able to stay at home while contributing to the family income. I also love being able to spend so much time with my children – much more time than when I was working outside the home.
What One Piece of Advice Would You Give to Women Getting Started Working from Home?
Make sure you’re passionate about your work. Unless you’ve got a dedicated space you could be faced with work 24/7 – which is great when you love your job.
Anything Else You’d Like to Share?
Be sure to schedule separate work and family time. When you work from home it’s easy to let work invade family time. Make sure you set work aside and focus on family during non-work hours.
